We currently ship orders within the United States. Standard Shipping delivery is estimated within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days after processing) is also available when selected at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Since some of our stationery and products are made to order or customized, these may take a couple of extra days to produce, but every effort is made to ship your goodies as quickly as possible! You will receive a notification as soon as your items ship.

Right after completing your checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary and order number. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a second email with carrier tracking details.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier. If you ever have questions regarding your order status, feel free to contact us at info@doodlebum.com with your order number.

If you notice an error with your shipping address or need to cancel, please email us immediately at info@doodlebum.com with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters production or ships. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Due to the nature of stationery, paper goods, and small-batch production, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@doodlebum.com with clear photos of the packaging and items so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
