Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your DoodleBum stationery as much as we loved creating it. Because many of our products are limited-run or produced in small batches, please review the policy below before placing your order.
General Policy

  • Due to the nature of stationery and paper goods, all sales are generally final.

  • However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged items, incorrect items, or a quality concern), please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

  • Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

    • A replacement of the same item (if available), or

    • A store credit or refund for the affected item(s).

Change of Mind

  • Please choose carefully—because our products are often made in small quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of color/size, or general wear and tear.

Personalized or Custom Items

  • Any personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Sale Items

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

How to Request Help with an Order
To help us assist you quickly, please include the following when you reach out about an order issue:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, if applicable

Refunds (When Applicable)

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
